Customer Experience Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the voice of Cocolab, spending your days on the front lines of our customer experience

  • Correspond with customers across phone, email, and social media

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the highest care

  • Share customer feedback to continuously improve the Cocolab experience

  • Contribute to a positive, caring, and creative team culture

 

Qualifications:

  • BA / BS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Empathy, warmth, humility, and a sense of humor

Job Type:

  • 3-month contract with the opportunity to transition to a full-time role
