Serve as the voice of Cocolab, spending your days on the front lines of our customer experience
Correspond with customers across phone, email, and social media
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the highest care
Share customer feedback to continuously improve the Cocolab experience
Contribute to a positive, caring, and creative team culture
BA / BS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Empathy, warmth, humility, and a sense of humor
are passionate about helping others
are empathetic, energetic, and kind
want to help reinvent the customer experience
3-month contract with the opportunity to transition to a full-time role
