Cocolab - San FRANCISCO, CA 



Cocolab is looking for a savvy, analytical, creative, and results-oriented individual to help acquire new customers for Cocofloss. Our Customer Acquisition Associate will own the execution of marketing and advertising across online and offline channels including Facebook, YouTube, Google, Snapchat, AdRoll, and direct mail. This person will be responsible for designing and executing campaigns alongside our creative team, and rigorously measuring and optimizing our return on spend. Our Associate will work very closely with the co-founders of the company.

  • Evaluate online and offline customer acquisition opportunities
  • Design and execute ads for distribution across channels
  • Run A/B tests to optimize ad performance
  • Obsessively measure ad performance and KPIs
  • Measure payback periods for each channel; set, and beat payback targets
  • Design, execute and optimize sampling programs



  • BA/BS

  • 2+ years experience at a startup, in data analytics, marketing, finance, or consulting

  • Expertise with spreadsheets, SQL is a big plus

  • Familiarity with attribution analysis
